CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For international shipments, customs and import duties may be levied by your local government. All additional customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We accepts returns on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:
1. Return is initiated by the customer within 7 days of delivery date.
2. The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
3. The item is mailed back within 14 days of delivery date. We suggest mailing your package as soon as possible.
Please note for international returns we will process the refund less the cost of return shipping.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Please note that Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Exceptions include damaged items or order discrepancies based on size or color. Store credit will be offered for any returned items.
Exchanges must meet the following requirements:
1. Exchange is initiated by the customer within 7 days of delivery date.
2. Available inventory has been confirmed.
3. The exchanged item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
4. We cannot guarantee exchanges on Sale items. Exchanges are depend on item availability. If the necessary size is not available, the item will be considered final sale.
INITIATING A RETURN / EXCHANGE
In order to initiate a return/exchange, please e-mail: email@example.com, state your order number and the reason of return/exchange. You will receive a return authorization number within 48 hours. You are responsible for repackaging and shipping the item on time.
